*ContourMax™ Contour Wheels - Provides flex and AHHC for stubble heights of 1-18" (25 - 457 mm) (standard header provides 1-6" (25 - 152 mm)) - Base ContourMax package • Note 5 = ContourMax is a simple hydraulic system that uses strategically placed wheels under the FlexDraper. This design takes full advantage of the FlexDraper’s Flex/Float system mirroring the contours of the field while cutting up to 18" (45.7 cm) from the ground surface (height adjustable from the combine cab).
*Using ContourMax sets you up for next year’s seeding with a consistent even stubble height. Kit includes wheels, mounts, cylinders, control valve, and hydraulic plumbing to complete install on 'ContourMax ready' header. If header did not come from the factory as ContourMax ready, Hydraulic Plumbing Package is required. Hydraulic Plumbing Packages include hydraulic lines to make the header ContourMax Ready.
*Only available for FD2 Series and FD2 PLUS FlexDrapers.For Integration compatible combine, ContourMax control is done through combine controls.For Non-Integration combines, ContourMax control will require the B7040 - Foot Switch for Non-Integration combines.
*B7632 - ContourMax Height Sensing kit is required for John Deere X9 and S7-Series combines and Case IH and New Holland Integration Compatible combines (see Note 2 for Integration Compatible and Non-Compatible models). ContourMax can be operated manually without the B7632, but it's required for the presets to work and adds the position feedback functionality.
