1993 Sooner 40ft Livestock Trailer
This is a nice livestock trailer. Nothing fancy or flashy, mechanically a fantastic trailer that works extremely well. If you’re looking to get into the horse hauling business for cheap, maybe this is your calling! Features a single axle air ride set up that’s rated for 20,000lbs. This is a 8 horse trailer, has aluminum dividers in the inside and access doors on the curbside that swing downwards and turns into a ramp to easily load/unload your horses. You can load from the back as well as the front. In the very back of the trailer is a nice tack room with saddle hooks and storage bins/closets for all of your gear. This trailer also has a “living quarters” in the very front. Which is more like a bunk house for the night rather than a presidential RV style you see in newer trailers. It also has lots of storage cabinets in the exterior to put your tools, gear, or feed. This trailer has air ride in the rear, and has air breaks as well as a 5th wheel kingpin currently set up as it was pulled behind a Peterbilt. If you wanted, you could release the air cans and install a goosneck hitch style neck and pull it with your pickup. This trailer has new tires. It also has multiple vents in the roof that you can open and close to control air flow through out the trailer, as well as windows.
This is a an older trailer, but works terrific! Everything works. Pulls like a dream, all aluminum so it’s very light! Turn key, ready to roll.
