SELLER SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY TO BUYER OR TO THIRD PERSONS UNDER, AND SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON ANY PRODUCTS SOLD BY SELLER (other than the warranty that Seller has good title to said products).
