Rebuild Details:
Strip to bare frame, inspect, update and repair main frame to Caterpillar standards.
Caterpillar Certified Powertrain rebuild which included: Radiator, Engine, Converter, Transmission, Final Drives, Rear Brakes, Front Wheel Groups, Front Brakes & Brake system. Rebuilt front and rear struts & rebuilt steering linkage, and remaining suspension system.
Caterpillar Certified Hydraulic Rebuild which included: All pumps, all cylinders, all valves with all new hoses.
Additional items on the Plus Portion of the rebuild included: Rebuild Complete Cab, Replace all major wiring harnesses, Replace all switches, senders and sensors, Replace all lights. Repair or replace any damaged tin work, sand blast, primer and paint machine complete.
Note: All rebuilt components were rebuilt to Caterpillar Certified Rebuild Guidelines which is quite extensive. Rebuild guideline details available upon request.
