Auch das Schleifen und Nachstellen des Häckselrads ist einfach und schnell erledigt.
Der Auswurfkrümmer wird hydraulisch von der Traktorkabine aus fernbedient, für die Auswurfklappe gibt es eine mechanische Einstellmöglichkeit.
Die tägliche Wartung beschränkt sich auf das Schmieren zweier leicht zugänglicher Schmiernippel am Häckselrad sowie am Kettenantrieb des MC 90 S Twin
Zwei Einzugstrommeln – eine mit glattem, die andere mit gezahntem Profil – führen das Häckselgut in einem geradlinigen Fluss dem Häckselrad zu.
Stängel, Kolben und Lieschen werden immer genau rechtwinklig und dadurch genau in der vorgegeben Häcksellänge geschnitten. Man erhält eine tadellose Häckselstruktur, die sich optimal zum Silieren eignet.
